Cover: Damask Card
1. On top of red damask card, place die cut punch out fleur de lis along the middle right side page edge. Allow to extend beyond page edge. Add a clear gem to the center of the icon.
2. Directly under fleur de lis, place FAMILY word. Allow to extend beyond right side page edge. Add one gem to the left of the word.
INSIDE Card:
1. Place photo on black cardstock and place on left side of inside of card.
2. Cut out quote “Always leave enough room in your life…” from stamp sheet, adhere to right side.
BACKSIDE of CARD: TRUE STORY
1. Place photo on black cardstock and adhere to back side of card.
2. Cut out TRUE STORY circle from stamp sheet, adhere to left side of photo.
PAGE TWO: LEDGER FILE FOLDER
1. Adhere six small gems to binder clip with glossy accents. Allow to dry. ***Use to keep file folder closed once the gems are dried and secured to the binder clip.
2. Adhere three small gems to the circles within pattern of swirl on file folder.
INSIDE FILE FOLDER:
1. Stamp Fleur de lis stamp with black ink to the file folder along the right side.
PAGE THREE: DOCUMENT FILE FOLDER
1. Cut fleur de lis transparency to 4” w x 8” h. Adhere to document file folder along the top of file folder. Do not cover the holes, place to the right of the holes. Cut off the bottom of the transparency to use later.
2. Adhere “count your blessings” label to the right bottom of file folder. Add two small gems to the left of the label.
INSIDE document file folder:
1. Cut out “FAMILY established” from stamp sheet, adhere to lower right section of left side.
2. Under the stamp, adhere MEMORIES label from die cut sheet. It will go along the right side
of page. Add small gem to the left of the word.
3. Along right side of file folder, adhere a 4x6 vertical photo to black cardstock and place on page.
4. Add gems to the left and right of the DOCUMENT word along file folder tab.
5. Keep file folder closed with a paper clip.
BACKSIDE document file folder:
1. Adhere black documented word mini file folder along bottom left to file folder.
2. Add the crown icon to the middle left of the black documented word mini file folder. Add three small gems to the left and right of the crown label.
3. Cut out “REMEMBER THIS” circle from stamp sheet, adhere to upper right section of file folder with pop up dots. Add a clear gem to the center of the circle with glossy accents.
PAGE FOUR: Fleur de lis ENVELOPE
1. Adhere horizontal photo to black cardstock and place along the card flap only. The flap should remain free to lift up and place items within card.
2. Add one large gem to binder clip with glossy accents. Allow to dry completely and place on card edge.
PAGE FIVE: Fleur de Lis CARD
1. Adhere three small gems to the center of the fleur de lis image with glossy accents.
2. Under the fleur de lis, adhere die cut word REMEMBER. Adhere one small gem to each side of the word.
INSIDE fleur de lis card:
1. Cut out “I want to REMEMBER” from stamp sheet, and adhere to the lower left section of left side of card.
2. Adhere photo to black cardstock and place on right side of card.
PAGE SIX: RED ornate ENVELOPE
1. Fold envelope flap and adhere to the back of the envelope with adhesive.
2. Stamp the clock stamp on the envelope front with black archival ink.
3. Place photos within envelope opening.
4. Adhere large clear gem to a large paperclip with glossy accents. Apply glossy accents to the gem and place on top of paperclip end. Allow to dry completely (several hours). Slide along envelope edge to hold photos within envelope. *adhere photo to the backside of envelope.
PAGE SEVEN: GRATITUDE file folder (red stripes)
1. Adhere 4x6 or slightly smaller vertical photo to black cardstock. Place along top of red stripe file folder.
2. Along bottom of photo, adhere the remaining fleur de lis transparency- horizontally across the bottom of the file folder.
3. Adhere die cut REMEMBER THIS in frame to lower right section of photo with pop up dots.
4. Place two small file folders, cream flowers and tan with white dots along to top inside of the file folder. (demonstrate in class). The file folders will be able to swing out from the file folder with the use of a small brad. To keep the file folders from swinging, a large paperclip is used to hold in place.
INSIDE stripe file folder:
1. Under the small file folders, adhere a photo to black cardstock and adhere directly below the mini file folders on the left side of page.
2. Adhere a 4x6 vertical photo to black cardstock and place along the right side of file folder.
3. Adhere die cut word GRATITUDE to the file folder tab edge. Adhere one gem to each side of the word.
*We will bind all the pages together with a coil and the bind it all machine. Please note that in the project we will use 16 coils and alternate each page so that the cards and file folders overlap each other. Some pages will go along the top of the book coils and some will go along the project in the bottom coils. It will make it very interactive!!!! Enjoy….
